CAREER GUIDANCE PROGRAM

We offer career guidance service for CLASS 8th to 12th students through a thoroughly devised  technologically advanced psychometric test to  systematic career guidance for Indian as well as international education.

You can select the Counselor of your choice from our Counselor Community.

CAREER SEMINAR

We conduct seminars on careers in Private & Government schools on topics like professional careers, vocational careers, unusual careers and more topics for class 9th to 12th. Seperate seminars for Science & commerce students.

For Individual Student – 

  • Visit Counselor community & shortlist two Counselors.
  • View our program packages & complete your purchase.
  • Complete your registration.

step by step Career guidance PROCESS:

Step – 1 : 

Student get enrolled for the Program.

Step – 2 : 

1st session by the Counselor to brief about the process, explain student how to appear for Psychometric test.

Step – 3 : 

Student appears for Psychometric Assessment test.

Step – 4 : 

Student & parent go through their report, which can be immediately downloadable from dashboard.

Step – 5 : 

Counselor schedules one to one career guidance session with student in presence of parents.

Psychometric
Test:

  • Aptitude, Personality, Interest.
  • 2 hours.
  • 165 questions
  • Test available in English & Hindi.
  • Immediate assessment report.
    Note:
    9th to 12th grade - all boards. 
    8th grade - ICSE board only

Psychometric Test Report:

  • Two reports will get generated.
  • Summary Report – 6 page report mentioning in brief about the student.
  • Detailed report – 16 page report which has details about Aptitude, Personality, Interest, Career options etc.

One to One
Session:

  • Counselor shall discuss the report with the student & parents, provide an understanding  about various career options, streams.

NOTE:

  1. KPathway will allocate the student to the Counselor selected by the student based on their priority after enrollment. Respective Counselor will get in touch with the student for further course of action, executing & completing the career guidance program. 
  2. One completion, student / its parent will have to send an email to info.kpathway@gmail.com, same day or latest by next day of completion,  mentioning about the completion of the program & providing feedback which will help us to improve our service.
